AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a five (5’) foot wide easement located in
Lots 1 through 4 of Fillo Farms according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 37
of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri. For project known as The Villas
At Greystone; P-0027645-01.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a five (5’) foot wide easement in said Lots 1 through
4 of Fillo Farms as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked
Exhibit “A-1” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 2009.
