AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 12703, as adopted July 10, 2008, by
repealing Section Two, and enacting a new Section Two in lieu thereof in order to amend the
not-to-exceed amount.
WHEREAS, Section Two of Ordinance No. 12703, as adopted July 10, 2008,
provided a not-to-exceed of amount Ninety-Seven Thousand One Hundred Fifty Dollars
($97,150.00), and said not-to-exceed amount should be amended to One Hundred Twenty-Five
Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. Section Two of Ordinance No. 12703, as adopted July 10, 2008, is
hereby repealed in order to amend the not-to-exceed amount.
Section Two. A new Section Two of Ordinance No. 12703 is hereby enacted to
read as follows:
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of Ordinance No. 12657
adopted June 12, 2008, shall be for a term of two years, shall provide for a total fee not-to-
exceed One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00) in one year, and shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 2009.
