AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 12704, as adopted July 10, 2008, by
repealing Section Two, and enacting a new Section Two in lieu thereof in order to amend the
not-to-exceed amount.
WHEREAS, Section Two of Ordinance No. 12704, as adopted July 10, 2008,
provided a not-to-exceed amount of One Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Dollars ($158,000.00),
and said not-to-exceed amount should be amended to One Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand
Dollars ($172,000.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. Section Two of Ordinance No. 12704, as adopted July 10, 2008, is
hereby repealed in order to amend the not-to-exceed amount.
Section Two. A new Section One of Ordinance No. 12704 is hereby enacted to
read as follows:
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of Ordinance No. 12658
adopted June 12, 2008 shall be for a term of two years, shall provide for a total fee not-to-exceed
One Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Dollars ($172,000.00) in one year, and shall be comprised
of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 2009.
