AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Dizdar Bros.
Sewer & Const. for the construction of storm sewers in Germania St. #4315 Storm Sewer
(Infrastructure Repair) (2008071), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12876, adopted June 11, 2009, appropriated the
funding for this Infrastructure Repair project,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Dizdar Bros. Sewer & Const. for the construction of storm sewers in Germania St. #4315 Storm
Sewer (Infrastructure Repair) (2008071), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 8th day of June, 2009.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance shall
provide for a fee not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), and shall be comprised of
such other terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 2009.
