AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten (10’) foot wide easement recorded in Plat Book
25, Page 35, a portion of a ten (10’) foot wide easement recorded in Plat Book 355, Pages 941-
947, and four ten (10’) foot wide easements recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 48 located in Lot 25
and Common Ground 5 of Northpark Plat Two according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 356, Page 610 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Berkeley, Missouri; for the
project known as Glencoe & Velma (North Park-Ameren Sub Station-5351 Glencoe);
P-0028398-00.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate said subject easements and portion of easement, and this District has no further use for
said easements and portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten (10’) foot wide easement as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page
35, the portion of the ten (10’) foot wide easement as recorded in Plat Book 355, Pages 941-947,
and the four ten (10’) foot wide easements as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 48 located in said
Lot 25 and Common Ground 5 of Northpark Plat Two as shown hachured on the attached
“Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 2009.
