AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten (10’) foot wide easement located in
Lot 6 of Ryegate Manor according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 163, Page 71, of the
St. Louis County Records, in the City of Sunset Hills, Missouri; for project known as Ryegate
600’ S. of Watson (Ryegate Manor Lot 6); M-0320002-09.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten (10’) foot wide easement in said Lot 6 of
Ryegate Manor as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked
Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 13, 2009.
