AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($900,000.00)
from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for engineering services for the final design of Creve Coeur
Creek Sanitary Trunk Sewer Relief Phase III (SKME-021) (E-1256 & 2003063C) and
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-1256 with Heideman & Associates, Inc. for the
aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($900,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for engineering services for the final
design of Creve Coeur Creek Sanitary Trunk Sewer Relief Phase III (SKME-021) (E-1256 &
2003063C).
Section Two. This Executive Director and Secretary-Treasury are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter in Contract E-1256
with Heideman & Associates, inc. for engineering services for the final design of Creve Coeur
Creek Sanitary Trunk Sewer Relief Phase III (SKME-021) (E-1256 & 2003063C); said contract
to be comprised of such terms and conditions s are approved by the office of the General
Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 10, 2009.
