HomeMy Public PortalAbout12959ORDINANCE NO. 12959 AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 12936, as adopted August 13, 2009, by repealing Section Two, and enacting a new Section Two in lieu thereof in order to make Section Two consistent with the District’s original intent as delineated in the supporting documents for Ordinance No. 12936, as adopted August 13, 2009. WHEREAS, Section Two of Ordinance No. 12936, as adopted August 13, 2009, provided a term of one (1) year with one (1) additional one-year renewal term, and said renewal term should be two (2) additional one-year renewal terms. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT Section One. Section Two of Ordinance No. 12936, as adopted August 13, 2009, is hereby repealed in order to make Section Two consistent with District’s original intent as delineated in the supporting documents for Ordinance No. 12936, as adopted August 13, 2009. Section Two. A new Section Two of Ordinance No. 12936 is hereby enacted to read as follows: Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of Ordinance No. 12936 adopted August 13, 2009 shall provide for a term of one (1) year, with two (2) additional one- year renewal terms at the option of the District at fees not to exceed Eight-four Thousand Dollars ($84,000.00) per year, and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved the Office of the General Counsel. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 10, 2009.
