HomeMy Public PortalAbout12972ORDINANCE NO. 12972 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten (10’) foot wide easement recorded in Plat Book 348, Page 125 and located in Adjusted Lot 4 of Owen Ridge Boundary Adjustment Plat, a portion of a ten (10’) foot wide easement recorded in Plat Book 348, Page 125 and located in Adjusted Lot N of Owen Ridge Boundary Adjustment Plat, and a portion of a ten (10’) foot wide easement recorded in Plat Book 348, Page 125 and located in Adjusted Lot 3 of Owen Ridge Boundary Adjustment Plat according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 356, pages 175-176 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri; for the project known as Marshall East of Brentwood (Mallinckrodt – 385 Marshall); P-0027999-01. WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have requested this District to vacate said portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said said portions of easements, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The portion of the ten (10’) foot wide easement as recorded in Plat Book 348, Page 125 located in said Adjusted Lot 4 of Owen Ridge Boundary Adjustment Plat as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A-1” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated. Section Two. The portion of the ten (10’) foot wide easement as recorded in Plat Book 348, Page 125 located in said Adjusted Lot N of Owen Ridge Boundary Adjustment Plat as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A-2” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated. Section Three. The portion of the ten (10’) foot wide easement as recorded in Plat Book 348, Page 125 located in said Adjusted Lot 3 of Owen Ridge Boundary Adjustment Plat as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A-3” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 8, 2009.
