AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of One Hundred
Thirteen Thousand Dollars ($113,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
pump station generator construction as part of the Lemay Pump Station No. 3 (Generator)
(2003078C) in unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri, and authorizing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
amend the existing contract with TGB, Inc. for the aforesaid construction.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 12635, adopted June 12, 2008, appropriated the initial
funding and authorized the contract for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thirteen Thousand Dollars ($113,000.00)
is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for pump station
generator construction as part of the Lemay Pump Station No. 3 (Generator) (2003078C) in
unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend the existing contract
with TGB, Inc. for additional project costs for the Lemay Pump Station No. 3 (Generator)
(2003078C) in unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri, said contract amendment to be
comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of
the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
