AN ORDIANCE, appropriating Six Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars
($625,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for project costs for water line
relocation in FF-02 Fee Fee–Alan Shepard I-270 Sanitary Relief Phase IV (88088C) in the City
of Maryland Heights, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Missouri-
American Water Company. for the aforesaid project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars
($625,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for project
costs for water line relocation in FF-02 Fee Fee-Alan Shepard I-270 Sanitary Relief Phase IV
(88088C), in the City of Maryland Heights, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Missouri-American Water Company for water line relocation in FF-02 in Fee Fee-Alan Shepard
I-270 Sanitary Relief Phase IV (88088C), in the City of Maryland Heights, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
