AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of One Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for Radar Rainfall Data
(2007261) services and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 2 to the contract with
Vieux and Associates, Inc. for the aforesaid services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12448 adopted June 14, 2007, appropriated the initial
funding and authorized said contract, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for Radar Rainfall Data (2007261) services.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment
No. 2 to the contract with Vieux and Associates, Inc. for Radar Rainfall Data (2007261) services;
said contract to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the
General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 2009.
