AN ORDINANCE, transferring funds by returning Two Hundred Ninety-Six
Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Four and 54/100 Dollars ($296,174.54) from the General Fund,
as reimbursed from St. Louis County for Pepperdine Court - Fishpot Creek Bank Stabilization
(2008157), to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12808, adopted January 8, 2009, authorized a
temporary transfer from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Deer Creek for construction of Pepperdine Court – Fishpot Creek Bank Stabilization (2008157),
and,
WHEREAS, this Ordinance is returning Two Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand One
Hundred Seventy-Four and 54/100 Dollars ($296,174.54) back to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand One Hundred
Seventy-Four and 54/100 Dollars ($296,174.54) as reimbursed from St. Louis County for
Pepperdine Court - Fishpot Creek Bank Stabilization (2008157), is hereby transferred from the
General Fund to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 2009.
