AN ORDINANCE, transferring funds by returning Six Hundred Fifty-Three
Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Five and 46/100 Dollars ($653,825.46) from the Stormwater
Facilities Fund, as appropriated by Ordinance No. 12808, adopted January 8, 2009, for the
Pepperdine Court – Fishpot Creek Bank Stabilization (2008157), to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12808, adopted January 8, 2009, authorized a
temporary transfer from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Deer Creek for construction of Pepperdine Court – Fishpot Creek Bank Stabilization (2008157),
and,
WHEREAS, this Ordinance is returning Six Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Eight
Hundred Twenty-Five and 46/100 Dollars ($653,825.46) back to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred
Twenty-Five and 46/100 Dollars ($653,825.46) is hereby transferred from the Stormwater
Facilities Fund as appropriated by Ordinance No. 12808, adopted January 8, 2009, for the
Pepperdine Court – Fishpot Creek Bank Stabilization (2008157), to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 2009.
