AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars
($335,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek for engineering services for the final design of Coldwater Creek Watershed
Storm Improvements (FY2010) (2008139); and authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into contract
E-1271 with Engineering Design Source, Inc. for the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars
($335,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering services for the final design of
Coldwater Creek Watershed Storm Improvements (FY2010) (2008139).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract E-1271
with Engineering Design Source, Inc., for engineering services for the final design of Coldwater
Creek Watershed Storm Improvements (FY2010) (2008139); said contract to be comprised of
such terms and conditions as are approved the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 2009.
