HomeMy Public PortalAbout13001ORDINANCE NO. 13001 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Dollars ($199,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for engineering services for the final design of Grand & Harrison Storm Improvements (2006141); and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a Contract E-1273 with Gonzalez Companies, LLC for the aforesaid engineering services. WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Dollars ($199,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for engineering services for the final design of Grand & Harrison Storm Improvements (2006141). Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a Contract E-1273 with Gonzalez Companies, LLC, for engineering services for the final design of Grand & Harrison Storm Improvements (2006141); said contract to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 2009.
