AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a variable width easement located in
Part of Lot 14 in Block 4 of Avondale according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page
32, of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri; for project known as
957 Simmons, Avondale Subdivision; M-1106001-09.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the variable width easement in said Part of Lot 14 in
Block 4 of Avondale as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked
Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 2009.
