AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten (10’) foot wide easement located in
Common Ground of Fountain Plaza at Clarkson according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 355, Pages 287-288 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Ellisville, Missouri; for
the project known as Clayton & Clarkson (Fountain Plaza Commercial Lots 1D & 1B); P-
0027944-00.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten (10’) foot wide easement in said Common
Ground of Fountain Plaza at Clarkson as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation
Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 14, 2010.
