AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of One Million Five
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to continue the
Infrastructure Repairs (Sanitary/Combined-FY2010) (2009062) in the City of St. Louis and St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12874, adopted June 11, 2009, appropriated the
initial funding,
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,500,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to continue the
Infrastructure Repairs (Sanitary/Combined-FY2010) (2009062) in the City of St. Louis and
St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 2010.
