AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Midwest Employers Casualty
Company (McGriff, Seibels & Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) for the District’s Excess
Workers’ Compensation Insurance coverage from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Midwest Employers Casualty Company (McGriff, Seibels &
Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Excess
Workers’ Compensation Insurance coverage from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011 and may be
renewed at the option of the District for one (1) additional one-year term.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 2010.
