AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Everest National Insurance Company
(McGriff, Seibels & Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) for the District’s Excess Umbrella
Liability Insurance coverage from July 1, 2010 to January 1, 2012.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Everest National Insurance Company (McGriff, Seibels &
Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) is hereby awarded a contract for the District’s Excess
Umbrella Liability Insurance coverage from July 1, 2010 to January 1, 2012.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 2010.
