AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Kyna Iman, LLC for State Legislative Lobbying services, whereby Kyna Iman, LLC will provide
State Legislative Lobbying services for the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with
Kyna Iman, LLC for State Legislative Lobbying services, whereby Kyna Iman, LLC will provide
State Legislative Lobbying services for the District.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance shall be
for a term of two (2) years, to be paid at a rate not to exceed Fifty Five Thousand Dollars
($55,000.00) per year, including expenses as approved by the District, shall be comprised of such
other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District;
and may be renewed for one (1) additional one-year term at the option of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 16, 2010.
