AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars
($185,000.00) from the Emergency Fund for emergency sewer repairs in Emergency Repair
#044 - Lambert Airport & I-70 Sanitary Sewer (11064) in the City of Edmundson, Missouri; and
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract 10593 with SAK Construction, LLC for the aforesaid
emergency repairs.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars
($185,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Emergency Fund for emergency sewer repairs in
Emergency Repair #044 - Lambert Airport & I-70 Sanitary Sewer (11064) in the City of
Edmundson, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract 10593
with SAK Construction, LLC for emergency sewer repairs in Emergency Repair #044 - Lambert
Airport & I-70 Sanitary Sewer (11064) in the City of Edmundson, Missouri.
Section Three. This ordinance being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 10, 2010.
