AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of One Million Five
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for CCTV
Inspection and Physical Inspection of Sewers - North (FY2011) (10376) and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Amendment No. 5 to Contract No. 10615 with ADS Environmental
Services, LLC for the aforesaid services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12962 adopted October 8, 2009 appropriated the
initial funding and authorized said contract, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,500,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for CCTV
Inspection and Physical Inspection of Sewers - North (FY2011) (10376).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment
No. 5 to Contract No. 10615 with ADS Environmental Services, LLC for CCTV Inspection and
Physical Inspection of Sewers - North (FY2011) (10376); said contract to be comprised of such
terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
