AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eight Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Dollars
($893,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for engineering services for the final design
of GC-06 Gravois Creek to Briarstone and Gates Sanitary Relief (10611); and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter in to Contract No. 10613 with George Butler Associates, Inc. for the aforesaid
engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRCT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Dollars
($893,000.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for
engineering services for the final design of GC-06 Gravois Creek to Briarstone and Gates
Sanitary Relief (10611).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 10613 with George Butler Associates, Inc. for engineering services for the final design of
GC-06 Gravois Creek to Briarstone and Gates Sanitary Relief (10611); said contract to be
comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of
the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
