AN ORDINANCE authorizing reimbursement to the Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District of sums advanced to the Reserve for Real Property, Purchase, Improvement and
Alteration Fund and transferring any monies received or to be received by said Fund to the
General Fund, and dissolving the Reserve for Real Property, Purchase, Improvement and
Alteration Fund.
WHEREAS, the Reserve for real Property, Purchase, Improvement and Alteration
Fund created by Ordinance No. 8160, adopted August 8, 1960, has accomplished the purposes
for which it was established and is no longer needed, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRCT:
Section One: The Reserve for Real Property, Purchase, Improvement and
Alteration Fund is hereby dissolved, and all remaining balances are transferred to the General
Fund.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 10, 2011
