Any repairs deemed not minor will be reported to field owner and no work will be conducted on them without permission from the field owner. ❑ Addition of on -site infill to any high use areas to prevent premature wear. one (1) field inspection and maintenance summary report which includes: ❑ Overall analysis and inspection of the field and its applicable systems, including fiber wear analysis, ultraviolet degradation, infill depth and consistency, infill migration, sewn and glued seams, and field inserts (inlays). ❑ A maintenance summary report will be provided via email or mail that includes a summary of the work performed and any conclusions or recommendations. This offer does not include the repair of any damage to the field as o result of acts of vandalism and/or neglect.
