AN ORDINANCE, authorizing The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to pay
the fees of Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. for rate consulting review services rendered to the
Rate Commission of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
WHEREAS, the Rate Commission of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
has independently solicited proposals from various firms to furnish rate consulting review
services for the Rate Commission, and has chosen Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. to furnish
said services, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.260 of the Charter of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, the Rate Commission’s reasonable and necessary expenses, including but
not limited to, funds for professional and consultant’s fees and supplies are to be provided for in
the District’s budget process,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District is hereby authorized to
pay the fees of Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. for RATE CONSULTING REVIEW
SERVICES rendered to the Rate Commission of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 20, 2011.
