AN ORDINANCE, establishing a tax bill boundary for properties located on
Bond Place and West Watson Road, Bond Place Sanitary Sewers (S.D. #2010094) (11067( in the
City of Sunset Hills, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby
established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the
subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Bond Place Sanitary Sewers (S.D. #2010094)
(11067).
Section Two. The boundaries of Bond Place Sanitary Sewers (S.D. #2010094)
(11067) shall be as shown on the attached exhibit.
