AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars
($320,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek and Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) from the Stormwater Facilities Fund for
stormwater planning services for General Services Agreement - Stormwater Planning (FY2011)
(10624) and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 10409 with Parsons Water &
Infrastructure, Inc. for the aforesaid stormwater planning services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-referenced fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($320,000.00)
is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Deer Creek and Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) from the Stormwater Facilities Fund for
stormwater planning services for General Services Agreement - Stormwater Planning (FY2011)
(10624).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 10409 with Parsons Water & Infrastructure, Inc. for stormwater planning services for
General Services Agreement - Stormwater Planning (FY2011) (10624); said contract to be
comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of
the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 2011.
