AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Federal (Chubb) Insurance Company
(McGriff, Seibels & Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) for the District’s Fiduciary Liability
Insurance from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Federal (Chubb) Insurance Company (McGriff, Seibels &
Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Fiduciary
Liability Insurance coverage from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 2011.
