AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to RLI Insurance Company (McGriff,
Seibels & Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) for the District’s Contractors Equipment (Inland
Marine) Insurance Program from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. F.M. Global Insurance Company (McGriff, Seibels & Williams, of
Missouri Inc., agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Contractors Equipment
(Inland Marine) Insurance Program from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 2011.
