AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 10678 with M3
Engineering Group, P.C. for CSO Volume Reduction - Green Infrastructure (Pilot Program)
(11048) for engineering services, including design, geotechnical investigation, planting plan, and
other engineering services.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to enter into Contract No. 10678 with M3 Engineering Group, P.C. for CSO Volume
Reduction - Green Infrastructure (Pilot Program) (11048) for engineering services, including
design, geotechnical investigation, planting plan, and other engineering services; said contract
shall provide for a fee not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00), and
shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the
General Counsel of the District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 2011.
