AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 12837 adopted March 12, 2009 and
enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof prescribing the salary of the Secretary-Treasurer of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 12837 adopted March 12, 2009, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. The salary of the Secretary-Treasurer shall be One Hundred Fifty-
One Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Four Dollars ($151,364.00), per annum, payable in equal
bi-weekly installments, on and after June 18, 2011.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 14, 2011.
