AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 12793 adopted December 11, 2008
and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof prescribing the salary of the Executive Director of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 12793 adopted December 11, 2008, is hereby
repealed.
Section Two. The salary of the Executive Director shall be One Hundred Ninety-
Eight Thousand Two Hundred Nineteen Dollars ($198,219.00), per annum, payable in equal bi-
weekly installments, on and after June 18, 2011.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 14, 2011.
