AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Two Million Dollars
($2,000,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for project costs for
Infrastructure Repairs (Sanitary/Combined) (Fy2012) (10663) in the City of St. Louis and
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13296, adopted July 14, 2011, appropriated the initial
funding for Infrastructure Repairs (Sanitary/Combined) (FY2012) (10663) in the City of
St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for additional project costs for
Infrastructure Repairs (Sanitary/Combined) (FY2012) (10663) in the City of St. Louis and
St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 13, 2011.
