AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the transfer of funds to the General Fund from the
Sanitary Replacement Fund in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($150,000.00); and making a supplemental appropriation of One Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($150,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for St. Louis Combined Sewer
Overflows (2001141).
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10939, adopted April 12, 2001, authorized the
District's participation in the design cost of the project; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named funds sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) is
hereby transferred to the General Fund from the Sanitary Replacement Fund.
Section Two. The sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the from the General Fund to be used for St. Louis Combined Sewer
Overflows (2001141).
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 13, 2011.
