AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Missouri Public Entity Risk
Management Fund (MOPERM) (McGriff, Seibels & Williams of Missouri, Inc., agent) for the
District’s Combined Liability Insurance coverage from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Missouri Public Entity Risk Management Fund (MOPERM)
(McGriff, Seibels & Williams of Missouri, Inc., agent) are hereby awarded the contract for the
District’s Combined Liability Insurance coverage from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 8, 2011.
