AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) from the
Operations, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to provide
matching funds for Bon Oak #10074 - 10078 Flood Mitigation (11104) and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an Inter-governmental Agreement with St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Operations, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek to provide matching funds for Bon Oak #10074 - 10078 Flood Mitigation (11104).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter an Inter-governmental
Agreement with St. Louis County, Missouri. to provide matching funds for Bon Oak #10074 -
10078 Flood Mitigation (11104); said contract to be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 9, 2012.
