AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Seven Million Seven
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($7,700,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for scheduled
supplemental funds to complete wastewater treatment plant construction of the Lemay WWTP
Disinfection Facilities (10681).
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13332, adopted December 8, 2011, appropriated the
initial funding for said contract and authorized the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer to
enter into the contract with KCI Construction Company, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars
($7,700,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for scheduled
supplemental funds to complete wastewater treatment plant construction of the Lemay WWTP
Disinfection Facilities (10681).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 2012.
