AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Three Million Two
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($3,200,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for additional
engineering services for Combined Sewer Area - Inflow/Infiltration Assessment (FY2008)
(E-1215) (10232); and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 6 of Contract 10402
with RJN Group, Inc. for the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13282, adopted August 11, 2011, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract E-1215, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars
($3,200,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District for additional
engineering services for Combined Sewer Area - Inflow/Infiltration Assessment (FY2008)
(E-1215) (10232).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment
No. 6 of Contract 10402 with RJN Group, Inc. for additional engineering services for Combined
Sewer Area - Inflow/Infiltration Assessment (FY2008) (E-1215) (10232); said contract to be
comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of
the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 2012.
