AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($50,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for additional surveying services for
General Services Agreement - Survey Services (FY2011) Contract A (10626); and authorizing
the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Amendment No. 2 of Contract 10410 with Engineering Design Source, Inc.
for the aforesaid surveying services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13122, adopted August 12, 2010, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract 10410, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund of the District for additional surveying services for General
Services Agreement - Survey Services (FY2011) Contract A (10626).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment
No. 2 of Contract 10410 with Engineering Design Source, Inc. for additional surveying services
for General Services Agreement - Survey Services (FY2011) Contract A (10626); said contract
to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 12, 2012.
