AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Four Million Five
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($4,500,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund and Five
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) from the General Fund for Watershed Facility
Planning Phase II (E-1216) (10230); and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment
No. 11 to Contract 10404 with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. for the aforesaid engineering
services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12502, adopted September 12, 2007, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract E0-1216, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($4,500,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund and Five Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) from the General Fund for Watershed Facility Planning Phase II
(E-1216) (10230).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment
No. 11 to Contract 10404 with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. for engineering services for
Watershed Facility Planning Phase II (E-1216) (10230); said contract to be comprised of such
terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
