AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($250,000.00) from the Operations, Maintenance, Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois
Creek to be used for project costs for Stormwater Infrastructure Repair/Replacement - Gravois
Creek OMCI (11843) at various locations throughout the Gravois Creek Subdistrict.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Operations, Maintenance, Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek to be used for project costs for Stormwater Infrastructure Repair/Replacement -
Gravois Creek OMCI (11843) at various locations throughout the District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 9, 2012.
