AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars
($3,200,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund and Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars
($800,000.00) from the General Fund for Infrastructure Repairs (Sanitary/Combined - FY2013)
(11771) in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars
($3,200,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund and Eight Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($800,000.00) from the General Fund for Infrastructure Repairs
(Sanitary/Combined - FY2013) (11771) in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 27, 2012.
