AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($900,000.00)
from the Sanitary Replacement Fund and One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) from
the General Fund for Private Inflow and Infiltration Reduction Program (FY2013) (11877) in the
City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($900,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund and One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00) from the General Fund for Private Inflow and Infiltration Reduction Program
(FY2013) (11877) in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 27, 2012.
