AN ORDINANCE, creating a new “Workers’ Compensation Fund” and
establishing a minimum balance for the fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The “Workers’ Compensation Fund” shall at all times maintain a
minimum balance of either $200,000 or an amount determined by actuarial determination
whichever is lower.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 11, 2012.
