AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 11029 with
O.R. Colan Associates for General Services Agreement - Easement Consulting Services,
whereby O.R. Colan Associates, Inc. will provide property acquisition services associated with
the acquisition of easements and property rights by negotiation or condemnation.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract
No. 11029 with O.R. Colan Associates for General Services Agreement - Easement Consulting
Services, whereby O.R. Colan Associates Inc. will provide property acquisition services
associated with the acquisition of easements and property rights by negotiation or condemnation.
Section Two. The Agreement authorized in Section One of this ordinance shall
provide for services to be rendered not to exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00),
and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the
General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on November 8, 2012 2012 by the following vote –
Ayes – E. Ross, M. Yates, A. Mandel, J. Buford, and R. Berry.
Nays – None.
