AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,500,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for CCTV Inspection and Physical Inspection
of Sewers - North (10376), and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 9 to Contract
No. 10615 with ADS Environmental Services, LLC for CCTV Inspection and Physical
Inspection of Sewers - North (10376).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,500,000.00) is appropriated from the General Fund to be used for CCTV Inspection and
Physical Inspection of Sewers - North (10376) throughout the District.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Amendment No. 9 to Contract No. 10615 with ADS Environmental Services, LLC for CCTV
Inspection and Physical Inspection of Sewers - North (10376), and shall be comprised of such
other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 14, 2013.
