AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) from the
General Fund to be used for the General Services Agreement - Survey Services (FY2011)
Contract B (10627) throughout the District, and authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 10411 with Kowelman Engineering, Inc. for General Services
Agreement - Survey Services (FY2011) Contract B (10627) for the surveying services, including
land surveys, property strip maps, easements and other general surveying services.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One: The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund to be used for the General Services Agreement - Survey
Services (FY2011) Contract B (10627) throughout the District.
Section Two: The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment
No. 2 to Contract No. 10411 with Kowelman Engineering, Inc. for General Services Agreement -
Survey Services (FY2011) Contract B (10627) for the surveying services, including land
surveys, property strip maps, easements and other general surveying services; said amendment
shall provide for a fee not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), and shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 14, 2013.
